Licence status definitions
- Active
- The licence is in force and the holder is in good standing.
- Suspended
- The licence is temporarily inactive pending review; operations may be restricted.
- Revoked
- The licence has been withdrawn by the Authority and is no longer valid.
- Expired
- The licence term has lapsed and awaits renewal.
Registry disclaimer
The register is maintained by the Office of the Registrar and is provided for public verification purposes. While the Authority takes care to keep entries current, the definitive status of any licence is that returned by the real-time seal verification service. Inclusion in the register certifies adherence to the Authority’s regulatory standards under the Bir Tawil Territorial Charter and does not constitute authorisation in any jurisdiction that requires a domestic gaming licence.
